Science Reporter is put out by an Indian governmental agency. It is still in print, though I do not know if they still have a science fiction section.

Being There

Being There was my first published story. It appeared in the privately run science magazine '2001' which went out of print in 1991. '2001' was formerly called Science Today. Though it has no net presence (being from a pre-net time, at least for India) funnily enough, some one has set up a blog (http://scienctoday.blogspot.com/) that serves as kind of an archive for the magazine.

My past work

As I mentioned before, I used to write science fiction until school and life got in the way. I found scans of my first published stories, now over a decade and a half old, and would like to share them with you. I'll be putting them up as pdfs here over time for you to read. I used to write with a very subtle pseudonym: I used the more conventional spelling of my surname by changing the last letter.
